IOP Publishing expands customer service department
IOP Publishing (IOP) has announced today that it is expanding its customer service provision with the appointment of a full time representative in its Philadelphia headquarters.
“This move is the start of a comprehensive review of our infrastructure to ensure that we are providing the best service in the industry” said Steve Moss, President of IOP Publishing, Inc. “Employing a customer service representative in the Philadelphia office is a direct investment in our customers. We have brought on a highly experienced individual who understands the unique pressures faced by the communities we serve.”
The company already supports its customers in North, Central and South America by employing nine dedicated account managers and a customer service team in the UK. This new move will significantly extend the hours that customers are able to get direct, first hand assistance to answer questions and address any issues.
Cole Charron joined the team on September 26, 2011 and customers are able to direct their questions to him either by phone at (800) 358-4677 or by e-mail. He brings over 10 years’ of experience of working in customer service specializing in technical support. He said of his appointment, “I’m delighted to be joining such a prestigious organization and such a great team who are genuinely focused on putting customers’ needs first.”
