2DM Young Scientist Award now open for nominations

To motivate and promote high-quality research in the field of two-dimensional materials, the journal 2D Materials, in collaboration with the 2024 Shenzhen International Graphene Forum, has established the 2DM Young Scientist Award.

We now invite nominations for the award. The deadline for nominations is 29 February 2024.

2DM Young Scientist Awards:

The journal 2D Materials is inviting nominations from across the globe for the 2DM Young Scientist Award. The award is dedicated to exceptional young scientists (born on or after January 1, 1983) who have made significant contributions to the field of two-dimensional materials and demonstrate great potential for development.

The winners will be evaluated by the award committee and the award ceremony will take place at the 11th International Forum on Graphene in Shenzhen in 2024. The winner will be invited to give a presentation at the conference and write an article for 2D Materials. The winners will also receive a cash prize and a certificate provided by the journal.

Application Process:

Applicants can send their CV (including the reason for nomination together with evidence of their achievements such as article publications, monographs, award projects, and patents) to publishing.china@ioppublishing.org via email, with the subject line: 2DM Young Scientist Award Nomination.
