Our annual employee engagement survey gives IOPP colleagues a voice and enables us to drive meaningful change in the organisation by understanding what’s working well and where there’s room for improvement. We were pleased to see continuing good scores overall.

Introducing ‘moments that matter’

We have introduced an extra day of annual leave for any significant moment in life. This benefit for all IOPP employees is designed to improve individual and collective wellbeing and compliments initiatives that we already have in place such as our wellbeing week, screen-free day and meeting-free Fridays.
